BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
1 lt of water to boil
1 kg of imported beef ribs, cut each rib segment length of 10 cm

BBQ Sauce ingredients, mix well:
150 ml bottled chili sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard

Coleslaw ingredients, mix well:
200 grams of cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
100 grams of carrots, grated a bit rough
25 grams of large stalks celery, sliced ​​thin crosswise

The sauce coleslaw, mix:
50 grams of mayonnaise, ready to buy
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard paste

  • Coleslaw: Mix sauce ingredients and coleslaw.
How to Make BBQ Ribs:
1. Boil until tender beef ribs. Remove and set aside.
2. Brush the ribs cooked with BBQ sauce.
3. Bake in hot oven temperature 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked. Lift.
4. Serve ribs with coleslaw immediately while warm.
