Goat Kebab Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
500 grams of goat meat, minced (raw kebabs)
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped (raw kebabs)
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (raw kebabs)
1 egg yolk (raw kebabs)
1 / 4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (raw kebabs)
1 / 4 teaspoon fennel powder (raw kebabs)
1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper powder (raw kebabs)

200 cc of fresh yoghurt (raw yoghurt)
1 clove garlic, grated (raw yogurt)
2 teaspoons of cucumber pickles, finely chopped (raw yogurt)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (raw yogurt)
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar (raw yogurt)

How to prepare:
  1. Mix all ingredients, mix well, then shape dough into a long dots (about 10 cm), prick with a skewer.
  2. Place in a container, cover with plastic sheet, then store in refrigerator for 2 hours for flavor to infuse.
  3. Bake in the embers of a fire or frying steak while inverted until cooked, remove from heat.
