Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

200 g chicken breast fillets. cut into large squares
1 / 2 tsp lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg, beaten off
50 g cornstarch salt to taste






Sauce ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2sdt granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon skin, long slice
200 g water
1 1 / 2 teaspoon cornstarch, mix with a little water to thicken

Directions:
  1. Marinate the chicken with the lemon juice, salt, sesame oil
  2. Dip into egg, dredge in cornstarch mixture and salt. Fry until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Heat the sesame oil, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Pour water. Boil, stirring frequently until boiling. Insert the lemon skin, mix well.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch solution. cook while stirring until the popping.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve.
