Berry Apple Sauce Roast Chicken

Bored with plain grilled chicken? try the roast chicken with fresh sour fruit sauce slightly sweet. The sensation feels really shake up the tongue! A cross between apple berry sauce & BBQ sauce adds uniqueness of this dish.




Ingredients:
6 pieces chicken thighs bottom, slice-slice

Marinade, stir together:
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, grated
50 grams onion, grated
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Nestlé Dancow fullcream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt

Berry Apple Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
30 grams onion, finely chopped
200 grams of meat apple, diced small
50 grams raisins / dried cherry
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
100 ml water

Topping:
20 grams of cornflakes Nestlé

How to prepare:
  1. Marinate chicken thighs with marinade. Let stand for 1-2 hours.
  2. Put in a heat resistant container.
  3. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 45 minutes until cooked.
  4. Remove and serve with apple sauce and sprinkle with cornflakes Berry.
Make Apple Berry Saus
  • Saute onion until wilted.
  • Enter the other ingredients, stir until boiling and the water runs out. Lift.
Tips:
  • In addition to upper thighs, which can be used whole chicken cut into pieces or parts of other chicken to taste.
  • Choose the type of fresh sour apples like Fuji apple types, Anna apples, or Granny Smith for more refreshing flavor sauce.
