Ingredients:
800 grams lamb ribs
25 grams coriander leaves
50 grams butter
150 grams onions, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1.5 teaspoon salt
250 ml boiled water
How to prepare:
- Clean the rack of lamb fat from the fat attached, cut into pieces and set aside.
- Wash cilantro roots following. Finely chopped coriander leaves, keep intact stems and roots of coriander leaves, set aside.
- Heat the butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Input salt, grated ginger and turmeric powder and stir well.
- Enter goat ribs, add water, stems, and roots of coriander. Cook ribs until tender and water absorbed.
- Add coriander leaves, stir, remove from heat.
- Bake the ribs over coals until browned, remove from heat. Serve warm
