Ribs Moroccan Goat Roast

Lamb rib roast savory and delicious, you should be trying to enliven the atmosphere in your family.






Ingredients:
800 grams lamb ribs
25 grams coriander leaves
50 grams butter
150 grams onions, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1.5 teaspoon salt
250 ml boiled water


How to prepare:
  1. Clean the rack of lamb fat from the fat attached, cut into pieces and set aside.
  2. Wash cilantro roots following. Finely chopped coriander leaves, keep intact stems and roots of coriander leaves, set aside.
  3. Heat the butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Input salt, grated ginger and turmeric powder and stir well.
  4. Enter goat ribs, add water, stems, and roots of coriander. Cook ribs until tender and water absorbed.
  5. Add coriander leaves, stir, remove from heat.
  6. Bake the ribs over coals until browned, remove from heat. Serve warm
